Orders cannot be canceled after 1 business day. If not yet processed, exchanges may be allowed within a limited time.

SECTION 5A – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
All orders are handcrafted to order. Processing times are separate from shipping times.
Once an order has shipped, all risk transfers to the customer.
OrganiGrowHairCo is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are with the carrier.
Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled and completed.
SECTION 5B – SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping protection may be offered at checkout.
If purchased, eligible issues may qualify for replacement or refund.
If declined, no refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
SECTION 5C – INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Reshipping requires a new shipping fee.
SECTION 5D – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
If approved, a replacement will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account details.
