RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Each order is handcrafted to order. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct items for your hair type and porosity before completing your order.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled after 1 business day of purchase.

If your order has not shipped, it may be eligible for an exchange within 1 business day of purchase.

After 1 business day, all orders are considered final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.


PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are handcrafted to order. Processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary.

Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) and are not guaranteed.

Organi Grow Hair Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been shipped, all risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Organi Grow Hair Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and completed orders.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim.


SHIPPING PROTECTION (INSURANCE)

Shipping protection is available for purchase at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

With Shipping Protection:

  • Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Replacement or refund if approved

Without Shipping Protection:

Organi Grow Hair Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Customers who decline shipping protection assume all risk once the package leaves our facility.

No refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstance for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages without shipping protection.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theorganibrands.com with your order number and clear photo evidence.

If approved, a replacement of the same item will be issued.

Refunds will not be provided.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Organi Grow Hair Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Do not refuse delivery of your order.

Refused shipments will incur a $20.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
