If you purchased Shipping Protection, you may file a claim for eligible issues during shipping.

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of confirmed delivery.

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection covers your order against common shipping-related issues, including:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages (marked delivered but not received)
  • Damaged items during transit
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items

If an eligible issue occurs, you can quickly submit a claim for review.

Approved claims will be reshipped. Refunds are not guaranteed.


How do I purchase Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is available in your cart and can be turned on or off before checkout.

Orders without Shipping Protection are not covered for shipping-related issues once marked as delivered.


How do I file a claim?

To file a claim:

  1. Click the claim link above
  2. Enter your order details
  3. Submit your request for review

Please note: Claims can only be submitted if Shipping Protection was added at checkout.


How long does it take to resolve a claim?

Most claims are reviewed within 24 hours, and many are resolved the same day depending on the issue.


How long do I have to submit a claim?

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for coverage.


Important Notes

  • Shipping Protection applies only to issues that occur during shipping
  • Orders marked as “delivered” without Shipping Protection are not eligible for replacement or refund
  • All claims are subject to review and approval
