Why does the color or smell of my product vary?

We use 100% natural, plant-based ingredients in all of our products, and each batch is freshly made. Because of this, slight variations in color or smell may occur. These differences are a natural result of seasonal changes and ingredient sourcing, but rest assured, the quality and effectiveness remain consistent with every order.

Can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel an ongoing subscription, please contact us at least 72 hours before your renewal date, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you.

When Do These Products Expire?

Please keep all products in a cool environment.
The oil based products should be used within a year of purchase.
The water based products should be used within 8-12 weeks of purchase or refrigerated and used within 6 months. 
We do not use toxic preservatives or carcinogens in our products.

    Products

    Our products are natural ingredients and small batched therefore color, smell and consistency may vary. In order to get your order out on time due to supply chain, color, look of bottle may change as well.  The ingredients will be listed on the back stating it is the same product.

    Shipping 

    Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for tracking. 
    Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number.  Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. Please contact them and hold them responsible for package delays.
    We are not responsible for your countries customs handling or tax charges. They are completely separate and we cannot determine what those charges will be if any.

    International Orders

    International orders that refuse to cover the custom/duty fees are at risk of being abandoned.
    Now we collect duties and taxes upfront,
    you will see a breakdown of shipping fee and duties and taxes. 
    Once an order is considered abandoned it is not retrievable, in the event that this does happen we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to move forward.

    What is Shipping Protection?

    You can file a claim up to 10 days from delivery.
    Shipping protection covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.
    If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks.

    You'll receive a reshipment if your claim is approved.
    To protect your order, make sure Shipping Protection is toggled on in your cart.

    Lost/Stolen/Damaged items

    Please reach out to us within 10 days of your order reading as delivered if you have not received your order so that we can file claims for you. If you wait longer than these 10 days to reach out to us then we are not able to assist you.

    We're here to help! All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact us for further assistance. We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

    We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers,  but we will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery  on time. In the rare event that this happens, Organi Grow Hair Co. , cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged packages. We will do everything we can do assist with the delivery of your products. However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

    Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and are successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation.

    Organi Grow Hair Co. , is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a carrier's matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.

    You have 7 days after the delivery date to reach out to us regarding any order issue, after that we are not able to take further action

    FILING A CLAIM

    • Up to 10 business days for a response to provide resolution
    • Customer not guarantee reshipment
    • OrganiGrow will abide by UPS regulations

    What is my hair porosity?

    Hair porosity is not determined by hair color, ethnicity or age. It is important you take the test.

    Returns/Exchanges

    We DO NOT offer refunds

    Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT allow returns. Each order is hand crafted to order so make sure you are purchasing the correct item and the item for your hair porosity.

    Once an order ships we cannot alter or change or refund.  If your items have not shipped they can be cancelled or exchanged for an item of the same value within 2 hours of your purchase.  After that your order is final.

    We are not able to customize Growth Bundles or add to existing orders.

    Once your item is shipped do not refuse. If an item is a refused we will charge a $20.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

    Customers that don't have packing slips we can not take any further action.
     
    First time buyer discount coupon do not apply to subscriptions, bundles, accessories and anti-odorant .
      

    Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Orders placed during holiday sales cannot be cancelled to reapply a coupon code. Shipping during sales and especially holiday sales may be delayed 2-3 business days.  

     

    Auto Subscriptions

    Discounts or reward codes can't be applied to any subscriptions 

    How it works

    • Customers must fulfill a minimum of 1 order before canceling their Subscription.
    • You can choose to prepay your order meaning your subscription will end once all orders are fulfilled
    • If you choose Ongoing subscription it will bill you until you decide you want it to stop.
    • To cancel an ongoing subscription you will need to contact us at  72 hours before your due date and we will cancel it for you.
    • You will be billed on the day of shipment.
    • To change your preferred billing method please contact us 72 hours before bill is due to make changes.
    • Once your auto delivery order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information on your package.
