PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are handcrafted to order. Processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, but may take longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and are not guaranteed.

OrganiGrowHairCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been shipped, all risk of loss transfers to the customer.

OrganiGrowHairCo is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and completed orders.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.


SHIPPING PROTECTION (INSURANCE)

Shipping protection is available at checkout.

With Shipping Protection:

  • Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Replacement or refund if approved

Without Shipping Protection:

OrganiGrowHairCo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Customers who decline shipping protection assume all risk once the package leaves our facility.

No refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstance for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages without shipping protection.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • You must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • We are not responsible once delivery is confirmed

We will assist with providing tracking information if needed.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

OrganiGrowHairCo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require a new shipping fee.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included
  • Customers are responsible for all international charges
  • Refused or abandoned international orders are not refundable

We are not responsible for customs delays or processing.


HOLIDAY & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS

During sales, promotions, and holidays, processing times may be extended.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.


PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Due to the use of natural ingredients and small-batch production:

  • Color, scent, and consistency may vary
  • Packaging may vary due to supply availability

This does not affect product quality.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

To cancel or modify a subscription, you must contact us at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

If not canceled in time, the order will be processed and cannot be stopped.
