Why Does the Color or Smell of My Product Vary?
Our products are made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients and crafted in small batches. This may cause slight variations in color, smell, or consistency due to seasonal changes in ingredient sourcing. Rest assured, the quality and effectiveness remain the same.
When Do These Products Expire?
- Oil-Based Products: Best used within 1 year of purchase.
- Water-Based Products: Best used within 8-12 weeks or refrigerated for up to 6 months.
To maintain freshness, store products in a cool environment. We do not use toxic preservatives or carcinogens.
What Is My Hair Porosity?

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders (Shipped via USPS)
- Preparation and fulfillment can take up to 5 business days before shipping.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Occasional delays may occur due to ingredient or material backorders.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.
- If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly as we do not control shipping times.
International Orders (Now Using Passport Global Shipping)
- Duties and taxes are paid upfront to ensure a smooth delivery.
- No surprise fees upon arrival.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees, your order may be abandoned and is not retrievable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 10 days at hello@theorganibrands.com (only if you purchased Shipping Protection).
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
