I have severe allergies to coconut, and this brand was recommended to me because of it. I have been using the growpoo shampoo and the condish conditioner. My hair is so soft, my scalp feels incredible, and the smell is so pleasant. I cannot recommend these products enough!

I have very fine straight low porosity hair that is color treated. I wash it daily because my hair gets greasy easily. This keeps me hair soft, easy to brush, my scalp is no longer having g little scabs, and even though I’m not in love with the hippie smell, my cat loves it. She’s always trying to eat my hair after the shower :)

I was using them for a year,, Noticed me hair was improving. I unfortunately didnt order on time. I ordered something off Amazon, and my hair definitely was acting different. I reordered, and my hair definitely bounced back within 2 washes. I'd recommend.

I just stated using the products I ordered and already notice a difference. The shampoo and conditioner nourished my hair like none other. I did use the oil before shampooing. My hair feels softer
We love everything about the condish, leave-in, we have spent more money than we'd ever prefer to on hair products for these. The shampoo does not feel clarifying as it says. We still use it because we need shampoo and we love the clean product and smell but I do wish it would bubble up a bit and truly feel cleansing. But hey maybe thats not possible with a good clean product. We'll still use these things over most commercial stuff anyway

You are absolutely right that clean formulas can feel different from conventional shampoos. Because we do not use harsh sulfates or aggressive foaming agents, the lather will naturally be lighter. More bubbles does not always mean more clean, but we understand that sensory experience matters.
If you are looking for a deeper cleanse or more lather, here is a tip that may help: make sure the hair is fully saturated with warm water first, then apply the shampoo directly to the scalp and massage for a full 2 to 3 minutes before adding a small amount of water to activate more foam. A double cleanse can also increase that “freshly clarified” feel, especially if there is buildup.

I have been using these products for about 7 years now. every time i try a different brand im reminded why i love organigrow so much! my hair feels healthy and grows quickly. ive used it on my boys since they were little -- love the braids pomade for their styles. I keep coming back because the ingredients are so clean + it's so hard to find hair prodcuts that are good for us but also work! highly recommend.

Is this conditioner be foamy? Like shampoo? My wash foamy, maybe I used it incorrectly.
Great question! Our products don't create the big, fluffy bubbles you may be used to because we don't use harsh sulfate detergents like many conventional brands.
Our shampoos are made with gentle, plant-based cleansers that effectively remove dirt, oil, and buildup without stripping your hair and scalp. You may notice a lighter, creamier lather instead of lots of foam, but that doesn't mean it's not cleansing. In fact, foam is mostly a cosmetic experience and isn't what determines how well a product works.
The Condish Protein-Free Conditioner is not supposed to foam at all. It's designed to moisturize, soften, and detangle. If you notice some bubbles while conditioning, it's usually leftover shampoo mixing with the conditioner during rinsing.
Many mainstream shampoos create lots of bubbles because they contain strong foaming agents. We prioritize scalp health, moisture retention, and non-toxic ingredients over excessive foam.
