7. Shipping & International Shipping (Now Using Passport Global)
Domestic Shipping (USPS )
- We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail
- Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days if in stock.
- If your item is on backorder, shipping may take 6-7 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
International Shipping
- We now use Passport Global Shipping, ensuring duties and taxes are paid upfront for a smooth, stress-free delivery—no surprise fees upon arrival.
- You will see a breakdown of shipping costs and duties/taxes at checkout.
- We are not responsible for customs handling or additional charges imposed by your country.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you may file a claim only if you purchased Priority Shipping or Passport Global Shipping.
- Use your tracking number to file a claim with USPS, UPS, or Passport Global.
- If your package was not shipped via Priority Mail, it is not insured, and neither OrganiGrowHairCo nor USPS is responsible.
9. Returns & Exchanges
🚫 We DO NOT offer refunds.
🚫 Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns.
- Each order is handcrafted to order, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.
- If your order has not shipped, it may be canceled or exchanged within 2 hours of purchase.
- Once your item is shipped, do not refuse delivery. If an item is refused, a $20 restocking fee + shipping costs will be charged.
10. Coupon Codes, Sales, & Holiday Shipping
- Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
- Orders placed during holiday sales cannot be canceled or adjusted.
- Shipping during sales may be delayed 1-2 business days.
11. Auto-Delivery Subscription
How It Works
- Customers must fulfill at least one order before canceling a subscription.
- Prepaid subscriptions end automatically after all orders are fulfilled.
- Ongoing subscriptions will continue billing until canceled at least 72 hours before renewal.
- Discount codes and rewards cannot be applied to subscriptions, jumbo sizes, vitamins, or clearance items.
