Content Removal & Privacy Requests
We respect customer concerns regarding the use of personal photographs, videos, names, and social media handles.

1. Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Customers may voluntarily share reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, before and after results, or personal experiences through our website, social media platforms, email, or other communication channels.
We may feature customer feedback in connection with our products and services, subject to applicable law and any permissions required for the intended use.
Customer testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results may vary, and testimonials do not guarantee that others will experience identical results.
2. Customer Photos, Videos & Social Media Content
We recognize that customers retain rights in their original photographs, videos, and other creative content.
When customers provide appropriate authorization, OrganiGrowHairCo and TheOrganiBrands may feature their submitted content in marketing and promotional materials, including:
- Our websites and product pages
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media platforms
- Email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Paid social media advertisements
- Digital advertising and promotional campaigns
- Product features, customer testimonials, and educational marketing materials
Content will be used only within the scope of the permission provided and applicable law.
3. Permission for Promotional and Advertising Use
We distinguish between customers sharing their experiences and customers authorizing commercial use of their content.
Submitting a review, tagging our brand, mentioning our products, or posting content publicly does not automatically grant unlimited permission for us to use a customer’s name, image, likeness, or content in paid advertisements.
When additional authorization is required, we will request consent before using identifiable customer content for commercial promotional purposes.
Customers who expressly authorize promotional use may permit us to display their content, name, social media handle, photographs, videos, or testimonials across the channels specified in their authorization.
4. Voluntary Content Submissions
Customers may choose to submit photographs, videos, testimonials, and product experiences for consideration in our marketing materials.
When submitting content through a form that includes an express media authorization, customers may grant OrganiGrowHairCo and TheOrganiBrands a nonexclusive, royalty free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the authorized content for the specific promotional purposes described in that authorization.
Permission is voluntary and is not a requirement for purchasing or using our products.
We will not materially alter a customer’s testimonial in a way that misrepresents their actual experience.
5. Complimentary Products & Collaborations
Customers, creators, and community members may occasionally receive complimentary products, promotional gifts, or other benefits.
Receiving products does not, by itself, constitute consent to use someone’s identity, photographs, videos, or likeness in paid advertising.
Any applicable content usage rights will be established through a separate agreement or express authorization.
Where required, material connections such as complimentary products or compensation will be disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising regulations.
6. Content Removal & Privacy Requests

We will review requests and take appropriate action based on the authorization provided, applicable law, and the circumstances of the content’s use.
Where removal is appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the content from platforms and promotional materials under our control. Previously distributed or independently shared materials may not always be fully retrievable.
7. Accuracy & Authenticity
We are committed to sharing genuine customer experiences.
We do not knowingly fabricate testimonials, misrepresent customer results, or present paid endorsements as independent customer experiences.
Photographs, videos, and reviews used in marketing should accurately represent the customer’s experience and comply with applicable advertising requirements.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our marketing practices, customer communication procedures, or applicable legal requirements.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes to this policy do not retroactively create consent for uses that previously required authorization.
