Why Does the Color or Smell of My Product Vary?
We use 100% natural, plant-based ingredients in all of our products, and each batch is freshly made. Because of this, slight variations in color, smell, or consistency may occur. These differences are a natural result of seasonal ingredient changes, but rest assured, the quality and effectiveness remain the same.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel a subscription, please contact us at least 72 hours before your renewal date at hello@theorganibrands.com.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- All sales are final.
When Do These Products Expire?
To maintain freshness and effectiveness, store products in a cool environment.
- Oil-Based Products: Best used within 1 year of purchase.
- Water-Based Products: Best used within 8-12 weeks or refrigerated for up to 6 months.
We do not use toxic preservatives or carcinogens in our products.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your tracking number.
- If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly as we do not control shipping times once the order leaves our facility.
We are not responsible for customs handling or tax charges imposed by your country.
International Orders
- Duties & Taxes Paid Upfront: You’ll see a breakdown of shipping fees, duties, and taxes at checkout.
- Abandoned Orders: If you refuse to pay customs fees, your order is at risk of being abandoned and cannot be retrieved.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
Contact us within 10 days at hello@theorganibrands.com (only if you purchased Shipping Protection).
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Each product is handcrafted to order, ensuring freshness and quality.
Cancellations & Exchanges:
- If your order has not shipped, you can cancel or exchange within 2 hours of purchase.
- Once an order ships, it cannot be changed.

Auto-Subscriptions
How it Works:
- Customers must fulfill at least one order before canceling a subscription.
- Prepaying an order means your subscription ends automatically after all deliveries.
- Ongoing subscriptions will bill you until canceled at least 72 hours before renewal.
Discounts and reward codes cannot be applied to subscriptions.
