PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY


PURCHASE OPTIONS

We may offer one-time purchases and subscription-based purchase options on select products.

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase, you agree to be charged automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout.


SUBSCRIPTIONS (AUTO DELIVERY)

By enrolling in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Your subscription will continue until canceled
  • Billing occurs automatically based on your selected schedule

Subscription benefits may include convenience, product availability, and exclusive pricing.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date.

To cancel or modify your subscription, you must contact us at:

If cancellation is not requested within this timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.


ORDER CHANGES

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

All sales are final.

 

EU ONLY Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must submit a withdrawal request using the withdrawal form available on our website within 14 days of delivery. Upon submission, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Please note: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. As OrganiGrowHairCo products are personal care and body products, the right of withdrawal applies to unopened, sealed products only. Any product that has been unsealed or used is considered final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. OrganiGrowHairCo does not provide prepaid return labels for withdrawal requests.


FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again.

We reserve the right to pause or cancel subscriptions due to failed or declined payments.


ELIGIBILITY

Customers must complete at least one successful order before canceling certain subscription plans.


NO REFUNDS

All subscription orders are subject to our All Sales Final Policy.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on subscription purchases, except where required by applicable law.


POLICY AGREEMENT

By selecting a subscription or purchase option, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including recurring billing terms and cancellation requirements.
